Trevor DeGroote - Director of Operations
Trevor is a USCCA Certified Instructor who draws his knowledge from experience in Law Enforcement, Private Security, USPSA Competitive Shooting and constant growth through continued training. Trevor has a deep passion for empowering individuals to expand their skill set, grow in their proficiency, and be prepared to react positively to unexpected incidents.
Wade Poland is a Veteran of the United States NAVY who has more than 30 years experience in self defense, tactics, situational awareness, and weapons.  Wade is a USCCA Certified Firearms Instructor, Next Level Training Affiliate Instructor, a licensed Security Agent with the State of Michigan, and a Federal Firearms Licensed Dealer.  He works part time in Private/Executive Security and Law Enforcement and works full time as a corporate trainer who develops and delivers training courses in the corporate world.  Wade is also owner of TTS Fitness where he teaches Mixed Martial Arts, Jiu-Jitsu, wrestling, and other fitness, wellness, and defensive type classes. Wade is a longtime NRA member and avid hunter.
Lori Buchanan is a USCCA Certified Firearms Instructor & Range Safety Officer.  She is a student of The Law of Self Defense and is a firearm enthusiast.  She is a part time security officer and assists with self defense and de-escalation training.  Lori is passionate about teaching and believes in the motto "never stop training".  Lori is First Aid and CPR certified and is a Red Cross Instructor.  She is involved in many activities and organizations that support our military and veterans.  She is a member of American Legion Post 305 and the Blue Star Mothers of America.  Lori is a lifetime NRA Member.

Jake Wiggins is a shooting and training mentor at Trinity Training and Security.    He is a US Army Veteran who has trained not only in the military but as a civilian with military, law enforcement, and competition shooters throughout the United States.  Jake has a passion for firearms and passing his knowledge on to others.  Jake is also a martial artist and current Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) fighter with a background in Boxing and Muay Thai.  Jakes long term goals are focused on all aspects of firearms training, and combat sports.
